the Northern California/Nevada Cycling Association
The non-profit Northern California/Nevada Cycling Association (NCNCA)
oversees regional racing in the largest and most vibrant cycling community
in North America. The organization’s mission is to promote competitive
cycling at the grassroots level. The NCNCA is the U.S. Cycling Federation’s
local administrator for a territory that includes the San Francisco
Bay Area, Sacramento, Fresno, Reno, and coastal areas from Monterey
